About Chrisoula Koukouvetaki

My name is Chrisoula Koukouvetaki, and I am a professional MMA and Muay Thai fighter, coach, and personal trainer based in Chania, Crete.

I spent 15 years in the United States training, coaching, and competing at the highest levels of combat sports before returning to Chania in the spring of 2023. During my professional fighting career, I competed in major international organizations including Ultimate Fighting Championship and Invicta Fighting Championships, gaining experience at the top level of women’s MMA.

Alongside my competitive career, I coached athletes of all levels and developed training programs that combine real fight experience with a science-based approach to strength, conditioning, and performance. My focus is always on helping people improve safely, intelligently, and sustainably, whether their goal is competition, fitness, or personal growth.
